SKADA Technology Solution Private Limited

This Memorandum of understanding (MOU) is entered on 31st Jan 2018 between SKADA Technology Solutions Private Limited, Pune, a company incorporated under ROC Indian Companies Act, 2013 having its registered office at Pune, and represented by its undersigned of the ONE PART; and Indira College Of Engineering & Management, (ICEM), Parandwadi,Affiliated to Pune University and approved by AICTE New Delhi represents SECOND PART.Whereas SKADA Technology Solutions Private Limited, under SKADA Technology Research & Training, Pune and Indira College Of Engineering & Management, (ICEM), Parandwadi, shall be hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Parties” and singularly as a ”Party”. The Parties has decided to agree to establish industry academic collaboration in areas of mutual interest and in accordance with terms and conditions set forth in this memorandum of understanding (MOU).

SKADA Technology Solutions Private Limited, Pune and Indira College of Engineering & Management, (ICEM), Parandwadi, agrees on following activities:

Role and Responsibilities of Both parties

SKADA shall keep on updating the ICEM of students on the latest happenings on the Industrial Automation & Embedded sector which include.

Develop the linkages with Institutes to organize

  • Expert lectures, Seminars, Guest Lectures
  • Classroom practical training
  • In plant training on popular hardware and software worldwide
  • Job prospects for the students
  • Industrial Visits
  • Workshops
  • Job Oriented Training

 

Eduvance and Vanmat Technologies Pvt. Ltd. 

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is made on this day, the 3rd day of February, 2016 between:

Indira College of Engineering and Management located at S.No. 64,65, Gat No. 276, Parandwadi, Near Somatne phata, Taluka Maval, Pune – 410 506 (hereinafter referred to as ‘ICEM‘ which expression shall include its representatives, successors and assignees) of one part

AND

Eduvance, the educational arm of Vanmat Technologies Pvt. Ltd. having its registered office located at 202 Mary Anne Heights, Santacruz (East), Mumbai 400055, (hereinafter referred to as “Eduvance” which expression shall include its representatives, successors and assignees) of other part. 

AND

Reanu Microelectronics Pvt. Ltd. having its registered office at D-3 Vatasalya Puram, Kumbre Township, Opp. Ashish Garden,Kothrud, Pune, 411 038, (hereinafter referred to as “Reanu” which expression shall include its representatives, successors and assignees) of other part

ICEM and Eduvance and Reanu are jointly referred to as ‘Parties’ in this MOU.

WHEREAS: ICEM, EDUVANCE and Reanu have expressed mutual interest in setting up “Advanced Embedded Systems Lab” with hardware donated by ARM University Program.

In consideration of the mutual obligations herein contained, the parties agree as follows:

 

OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE OF WORK

EDUVANCE and REANU RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate the donation (specified in annexure 1) of educational material and equipment for the lab to ICEM from companies that Eduvance has a tie-up with namely-
    1. ARM University Program (AUP)
  • Conduct faculty development workshops and students trainings at ICEM depending on resources and request from ICEM
  • Provide knowledge sharing on latest technologies and projects with students and faculty of ICEM
  • Provide access to students and faculty of ICEM to training material that has been created in partnership with companies that Eduvance has a tie-up

 

B&R Industrial Automation Pvt Ltd.

Memorandum of understanding between Indira College of Engineering & management, and B&R Industrial Automation Pvt. Ltd. – on 09 August 2010.

The B&R Automation Academy provides targeted training courses for students of E&TC department which make it possible for trained students to improve knowledge in the field of automation engineering.

Once completed, students are in a position to implement efficient automation solutions using B&R technology. This will make it possible for them to secure a decisive competitive edge by allowing themselves to react faster to continually changing market demands.

Students of E&TC department implement innovative Mini Projects as well as Final year projects with B&R PLC at college lab.
