Yoga Day Celebration’ 17

21st June 2017 by Yog Guru Mrs. Maya Chutter. The function was attended by all Heads of Department, teaching and non-teaching faculties and students of the college, almost 100+ audience had attended the program.

Maya mam said that, it will not help for your physical fitness only but also for balancing the Mental, Emotional, Stress management and eliminate the negativity from our mind.
The program included warm up exercise, some basic Pranayam and Yogasan.
