The Department's primary goal is to equip students with knowledge, skills, and resources for lifelong physical fitness. Encouraging participation in intercollegiate sports, from team sports like Basketball, Football, Volleyball, Cricket, Kabaddi, Handball, and hockey to individual sports like table tennis, Chess, badminton and many more.
The library receives 30 journals and 10 magazines in specialized areas. The library consists of reading hall, internet browsing center, reference section, open access periodical and research library. The library has introduced computerized PVC I- card system for the students as well as staff.
