The MBA program of Indira College of Engineering & Management, Pune (ICEM) is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University. The admissions for the same are done as per rules & regulations framed by the Admission Regulating Authority (ARA), from time to time.
The detailed schedule for admission is published by them on their website http://cetcell.mahacet.org/. Interested candidates must regularly visit the website for eligibility, procedure & participation in the Common Admission Process also referred as CAP.
Candidates are advised to check the MBA admission eligibility as per DTE guidelines before applying for MBA program. Candidates are advised to, do their registration for the admission online on https://www.maha2019cap.org/, submit preferences of Institutes, and get document verifications done at Setu Suvidha Kendra allotted by State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State.
After the registration and the students’ preferences the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State will put up the merit list. The Candidate will get admission to a suitable college as per his/ her merit and the preferences filled. Our Institute is a part of CAP process. However, please note that the allotments (Round Wise) are done by State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State.After finalizing the process through CAP, candidates have to fill and submit MBA admission application forms for their respective allotted institutes
After allotment by State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State the candidates must report to the allotted institute within date & time given by State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State. The candidate must submit the duly filled requisite application form of the Institute with one attested copy of academic & other supporting documents along with institute’s fees.
Candidate will have to submit ORIGINAL documents at the time of admission before they can be confirmed through ONLINE ADMIISION REPORTING process on the same day of admission.

The Institute has a Cafeteria, which is uniquely designed and located in the main campus. Cleanliness and hygiene are given immense importance here. Canteen authorities always make it a point to provide the hygienic and balanced food to the students so that they are better prepared to cope with the rigors of the course. Students relish on some delicious dishes, here, while having a chat or bonding with their friends. The dinning table is known to be witness to excellent assignments and presentation prepared by the students.
ICEM has State Of The Art IT Infrastructure. The institutes are equipped with latest workstations and interactive smart classrooms with audio visual units including apple tv. ICEM has one to one and one to many video conferencing facility. Wireless connectivity for student’s laptops and iPads is provided throughout the campus including the hostels. Our 250 mbps dedicated internet connectivity caters the internet requirement within the campus on 24 x 7 basis. The students experience the best communication, co-ordination and collaboration with their faculty, coordinators and teammates via personalized mailbox on office365 and student’s portal on ERP system. The IT infra also covers the latest licensed softwares for designing and simulation of projects, statistical analysis and project presentation. Security (physical & data access) within the campus is administered via surveillance cameras and data access policies implemented via various servers using Microsoft technology.
The Libraries of the institute have an excellent collection of reference / text books, encyclopaedia’s and periodicals related to the field of Management & IT. The Institute also subscribes to several international & national journals, periodicals from the field of Management and IT. Reading room facility is available for the students. The library is updated by adding the latest textbooks, reference books, management journals and Indian Economics Survey Report as per the demands of faculty, industry and students on continuous basis. The IGI campus features expansive outdoor facilities including a football ground, a cricket ground, and a volleyball court. For indoor sports, there is a dedicated badminton court along with areas for chess and carrom. Additionally, our modern gymnasium and fitness centers, led by a full-time fitness director, support various fitness activities such as swimming, yoga, physical training, and aerobics. The 2022-2024 Batch of students embarked on an insightful industrial visit to PIAGGIO, located in Baramati, on 13th June 2022. The visit offered a unique opportunity for the students to gain practical exposure and firsthand knowledge about the manufacturing processes and operations of the renowned two-wheeler manufacturing company. Guided by industry experts, the students explored the production lines, witnessed advanced technologies, and understood the intricacies of supply chain management. Participants showcased their problem-solving and critical thinking skills while competing for the coveted title. ICEM MBA has organized session on Virtual Hygine and Personal branding, during Induction Orientation week 4th February 2021 from 11.00 am to 12.30 pm through online mode with Microsoft team. Session speaker was Mr Raji Thomas.
Indira College of Engineering and Management in its Induction week for Batch 2020-2022 arranged a session on “Laughter Yoga” by Mr. Pravin Charde. The speaker informed the audience that Laughter yoga is based on the science of laughing for no reason.
A country’s budget has a deep and considerable impact on the macro and micro level economy of the country. The basic purpose of this session was to acquaint the students about the various facets of the union budget and the impact it has on our country’s economy.
The session on Introduction to Stock Market and Role of SEBI was organized in lines with the celebration of ‘Global Money Week’. The objective to start the week celebration with this session was to increase the financial awareness among the youth.
A marketing management is very important for MBA students for their future endeavor it helped them in learning new techniques of the corporate world and understands the nature of marketing how is it exactly executed. Around 16 Students from the Batch of 2020-2022 joined the session virtually.
The session was arranged virtually on MS Teams Platform on 6th April from 10 am to 11am. The session was conducted by Dr. Gayatri Kulkarni, Faculty-Indira Institute of Management. Students gained insights on the various verticals and avenues available as an HR Professional in the Corporate World. Around 40 Students from the Batch of 2020-2022 joined the session virtually.
The five day sessions focused on concepts like Connection, Core, Context, Choices, Causality and Community. Every Session has a sitting of meditation and helped students learn the art of meditation and self-awakening.
