It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver.

Having lot of money in your bank account or in the form of assets while being unhealthy or in state where you could hardly enjoy it would never make a sense. While going through this hard times of pandemic, we have seen people in their 30’s and 40’s losing lives while people in their 70’s, 80’s and few beyond that successfully defeating covid-19. So, the question How? will definitely arise to which I think the answer lies in their early stages of life where they knowingly or unknowingly lived a healthy life since, work in those days was mostly used to be in physical form and food they eat used to be home cooked and not the processed one.
With the technological development our lives have become more comfortable and most of the work has become chair bound also the home cooked food is getting replaced by processed and unhealthy fast-food with this kind of lifestyle it is definitely a time for us to think where we are leading. If we didn’t prioritize our health at this moment we would surely pay for it in our elderly stage of lives.
Living a healthy lifestyle is not at all difficult as we think, it is just doing some kind of physical activity at least for 30-60 minutes a day for 5-6 days a week, it can be taking up some kind of sport, going to gym, running, rope skipping, swimming, etc. The food we eat is also equally important for healthy life just by sticking to home cooked food and avoiding oily and processed food could make huge difference. Remember healthy life is not a destination to be reached but a journey to be taken for life time.
